Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From April 2020 to July 2020, there were 20 trainees in the Department of Anesthesiology in our hospital. 120 full-term neonates aged <28 days who plan to undergo elective surgery and need continuous arterial pressure measurement, ASA II/III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specialist trainees have not studied improved ultrasound positioning or dynamic needlepoint methods; 2. patients without neck deformity, trauma history, local infection; coagulopathy.
