65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender preference, aged 65-80 years; 2. Weight 50-80 kg; 3. ASA Grade I-III; 4. Montreal cognitive function score (MoCA) >= 26 points; 5. Operation time is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious cardiovascular, brain, liver or kidney function impairment before operation; 2. With history of neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Long-term use of drugs affecting neuropsychiatric function (such as narcotic analgesics, hypnotics, anxiolytics or antidepressants); 4. With alcohol history.
