Interventions

Experience group:Graduated compression stockings plus intermittent pneumatic cmpression, and Rehabilitation exercise.
Contral group:Drug anticoagulation, graduated compression stockings plus intermittent pneumatic cmpression, and Rehabilitation exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent unicompartment knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent; 3. With the preoperative score of American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) was I-III; 4. The weight index was between 20-35 kg/M 2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to anesthetics and anticoagulants; 2. Patients with a history of bleeding or thrombosis or a family history of venous thromboembolism; 3. Patients who are alcoholics or smoke for more than 1 year; 4. Patients with language disorders and poor communication; 5. Patients with lower extremity vascular diseases; 6. Mental patients; 7. Patients with peptic ulcer; 8. Cardiovascular diseases Patients; 9. Patients with lung diseases (COPD and asthma); 10. Patients with metabolic endocrine disorders; 11. Patients with neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy); 12. Patients with cancer or chemotherapy history.
