Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2010 to December 2017, the patients who were treated by ultrasound-guided seminal vesicle puncture, catheterization and infusion of antibiotics in our hospital due to refractory hematospermia underwent MRI and transrectal ultrasound examination before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination showed tumor of urinary system and reproductive system; 2. Preoperative examination showed coagulation dysfunction; 3. The follow-up time was less than one year.
