Conditions

Alzheimer's disease

Interventions

Gold Standard:On the basis of neuropsychological test scale and amyloid beta deposition, the subjective cognitive decline, mild cognitive decline and AD dementia groups were included.
Index test:1. Multimodal imaging markers:structural imaging
Metabolic imaging Equipment: 3.0T MRI and PET 2.Biochemical markers and risk genes of AD: amyloid protein, tau protein and ApoeE gene Equipment: Enzyme marker detector, Electrometer 3. Speech and gait
Equipment: Voice interactive system, Depth camera

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Normal elderly group: a. no chief complaint of cognitive decline; b. Neuropsychological scale examination was within the normal range, and overall cognitive examination was normal: MoCA-B: primary school and below >19 points, middle school >22 points, university >24 points; MMSE: illiterate >17 points, primary >20 points, middle school and above >24 points; CDR: 0; The scores of all cognitive domains were within the normal range or only one test decreased; FAQ 65. B.cd Inclusion criteria: Formulated according to Frankjessen's SCD diagnostic framework published in 2014, Edmonds' definition of SCDS published in 2015 and ADNI database inclusion criteria: a. Age 60-75 years old; b. Complaints of cognitive decline, or cognitive decline reported by informed persons; c. General cognitive test was normal: MoCA-B: primary school and below >19 points, middle school >22 points, university >24 points; MMSE: illiterate >17 points, primary >20 points, middle school and above >24 points; CDR: 0; d. Mild cognitive decline, abnormal 2 neuropsychological measures for different cognitive domains (decline of more than 1SD) or FAQ=6-8 points. C.MCI Inclusion criteria: According to the 2011NIA-AA diagnostic criteria, the quantitative criteria proposed by JakandBondi in 2014 and the inclusion criteria of ADNI database, the following are formulated: a. Complaints of cognitive decline, or cognitive decline reported by informed individuals; B. MSE: illiterate >17 points, primary >20 points, junior high school and above >24 points; MoCA-B: primary school and below =19 points, secondary school =22 points, university =24 points; CDR=0.5; Did not reach the level of AD dementia; c. MCI can be diagnosed if any of the following three criteria are met: impairment of 2 indicators in the same cognitive domain (>1SD), impairment of 1 test score in all 3 cognitive domains (>1SD), and =9 FAQ. Three cognitive domains: memory, performance, and language; 4 basic tests: AVLT, TMT, AFT, BNT; Six indexes: AVLT free recall and recognition, MTT-A, MTT-B, AFT total score, and BNT total score. Through longitudinal follow-up, MCI stage patients who convertedtoAD within 18 months were labeled as converted MCI (cMCI), and MCI stage patients who did not convert toAD within 18 months were labeled as non-converted MCI (ncMCI). D.D.A. Inclusion criteria: a. chief complaint of memory decline, or memory decline reported by an informed person; b. Impairment of cognitive function, which was confirmed by MMSE, MoCA-B and CDR; c. Impaired professional, social or daily functioning; d. Meet the diagnostic criteria of NIA-AA and possibly AD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological diseases that can lead to cognitive decline in addition to suspected early Alzheimer's disease; 2. Clinical/baseline MRI can show infarction, infection or other focal injury; 3. There are pacemakers, aneurysm clips, artificial heart valves, ear implants, metal fragments in the body; Foreign bodies in the eyes, skin or body. 4. Have a history of major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychiatric diseases (DSM-V diagnostic criteria). 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse/addiction in the past two years (DSM-V diagnostic criteria). 6. Any other systemic illness or uncertain condition that prevents the completion of the project.
