Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Included patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure in our hospital and in four hospitals outside from September 2019 to August 2022. Han nationality, aged 18-80 years. The heart function of NYHA was more than grade 2, and the heart ultrasound examination EF was less than 50%. 2. Signature of the informed consent with the full informed consent of the above criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients had a history of renal artery stenosis or imaging showed a history of renal artery stenosis. 2. Patients with GFR <30 ml/min/1.73; 3. Type 1 diabetes; 4. Severe heart valve disease; 5. Pregnancy or planning during the course of the study; 6. Acute stage of myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident; 7. CRT pacemaker implanted.
