Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all patients being diagnosed with ear malformation, including: 1. Congenital middle and outer ear malformation: microtia, stenosis or atresia of the external auditory canal, middle ear malformation, and multiple malformations: such as hemifacial shortness, preauricular fistula, tragus malformation, facial paralysis, pharyngeal malformation, branchial fistula /cyst of the neck, torticular neck and so on; Complications: retroauricular abscess, cholesteatoma of external auditory canal, otitis media (cholesteatoma), etc. 2. Congenital inner, middle and outer ear malformation: simultaneous occurrence 3. Malformation of the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear respectively: inner ear malformation: cochlea, vestibular, semicircular canal, vestibular aqueduct and inner auditory canal malformation simultaneously or respectively; middle ear malformation: ossial malformation, middle ear cavity malformation, eustachian tube, mastoid malformation; auricle malformation: various forms, such as hidden ear, wind ear, cup ear, lobe ear, ape ear, etc. external auditory canal malformation: stenosis or atresia. 4. Syndrome including congenital malformation of the inner, middle and outer ears.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with ear malformation and their families were explicitly refused to participate in the project.
