18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years, with a history of erythrodermic psoriasis, erythema and scales over 90% of the surface area; 2. Patients with stable vital signse; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the study drugs, have a history of other serious allergies; 2. Patients are diagnosed as other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation; 3. Received systematic treatment of other research drugs, biological agents and immunosuppressive agents in 4 weeks, and treated with glucocorticoid, phototherapy in 1 month; 4. Patients who have a serious local or systemic acute, chronic infection, or has a history of active tuberculosis; 5. Patients who have severe heart, lung, renal insufficiency,complicated autoimmune diseases and other immune dysfunction; 6. With artificial joints; 7. Patients have a history of demyelination syndrome or multiple sclerosis.
