Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-74 years old men and women; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephropathy or have a history of diabetes, urine protein negative, but glomerular filtration rate >=15ml/min*1.73m2 and <=59 ml/min*1.73m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot provided Informed consent; 2. Pregnant or nursing women; 3. With heart failure in NYHA grade III or IV, a basic heart disease, physical activity significantly limited, less than the general physical activity or feel fatigue, palpitations, asthma or angina symptoms even at rest; 4. With cirrhosis; 5. With HIV infection or AIDS; 6. Patients who received chemotherapy or alkylating agent for malignant tumor in the past 2 years; 7. Patients who have previously been on dialysis for more than 1 month and / or organ or bone marrow transplantation; 8. Patients who received immunosuppressive therapy for primary kidney disease or systemic disease in the past 3 months; 9. With other primary and secondary renal diseases.
