Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were admitted to our hospital with a diagnosis of MSAP or SAP; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form; 4. Patients with complete hospitalization information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 2. With a history of Cushing's syndrome, sheehan's syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, tumor and other related diseases; 3. Patients who had taken medications that may affect secretion and metabolism of thyroid hormone and adrenal cortical hormone before enrolment; 4. With a history of thyroid and/or adrenal gland surgery; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
