Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Unlimited gender, age = 16 years; ? Limited to patients with complete rupture of the deep flexor tendon ?, with or without superficial flexor tendon rupture; ? There is no defect in the injured tendon, and it can be directly repaired with end-to-end anastomosis; ?Wounds healed well after operation without recurring wound infection; ?Patients who can provide regular outpatient guidance for rehabilitation and follow-up, who are willing to cooperate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Injuries of the finger flexor tendon in the hand more than 2 places; ? Patients with finger crush injury combined with fractures, extensor tendons, and arterial vascular injuries, or patients with injuries in other parts of the same upper limb; ? long-term damage Tendon injury, or delayed restoration for more than 2 weeks; ? Those who need tendon transplantation or high tendon tension observed during surgery; ? Subjects with congenital dysplasia or deformity of the hand; ? Patients with mental diseases or who cannot co-operate the treatment.
