Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2 to 14 years; 2. Before treatment: the initial onset of purpura, within 2 weeks, without systemic treatment, without using special drugs (such as TW, LEF, and other immunosuppressive agents), no abnormalities in urine examination; 3. During treatment: after 2 weeks of treatment, no abnormalities in urine examination; 4. After treatment: no new cases of purpura in 2 weeks, reexamination of normal urine, no clinical manifestations of wind-heat injury or blood-heat delusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with Henoch-Schenlein purpura with abnormal urine test; 2. Patients with purpura but non-Henoch-Schenlein purpura, such as pigmented purpura and thrombocytopenic purpura; 3. The evidence is transformed into those with deficiency of qi and yin.
