Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical features: diffuse goiter (confirmed by ultrasound), with or without exophthalmos, tachycardia, tremor, and sweating; 2. Laboratory diagnosis: decreased serum TSH levels, thyroid hormones, and Increased TRAb levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular, blood, nervous system, liver, kidney disease, active bone and joint disease, long-term use of hormones, alcohol, smoking, etc. are not allowed to enter the group; 2. thyroid cancer or other non-thyroid diseases but affect Patients whose functions are not allowed to enter the group; 3. Patients with other diseases who must take other drugs for a long time are not allowed to enter the group; 4. pregnant.
