18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective chest or abdominal surgery; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. ASA I~III; 4. Willing to accept PCIA and pain scores. 5. The MMSE scale score is higher than the lowest value of the corresponding education level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of allergies to opioid or non-opioid analgesics, organic heart disease or arrhythmia; 2. If the coagulation function is abnormal, the puncture site may be infected; 3. Can not complete the postoperative pain-related accurate scores such as mental disorders; 4. BMI>35kg/m2, and severe deformity of the thoracic spine.
