Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese citizens aged 18 to 60 (including 18 and 60), regardless of gender, meet the diagnostic criteria for severe alcoholic hepatitis; (2) There is no history of allergies to special drugs, and patients are willing to use NAC to treat patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, poisoning, genetic metabolic diseases, autoimmune liver diseases (autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis), drug-induced liver damage, etc. Severe hepatitis, liver failure, liver failure; (2) Renal insufficiency; (3) Unable to cooperate with research or follow-up; (4) Those who may have undergone liver transplantation within the past week or have already undergone liver transplantation; (5) During pregnancy or lactation; (6) Conditions other doctors consider unsuitable for treatment.
