Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: asymmetric corneal shape (vertical coma >0.3 or horizon coma>0.25 at 6mm diameter of anterior corneal surface),age older than 18 years old, documented refractive stability for at least 2 years and discontinuation of contact lens for at least 2 weeks, MRSE of +/-1.00 D to +/-10.00 D, manifest refractive cylinder of 0 to +/-4.00 D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of topographic evidence of keratoconus or ectasia, central corneal thickness < 500um, corneal scarring or any kinds of dystrophy, severe dry eye, uveitis and glaucoma, previous ocular surgery, injury or infection.
