Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children undergoing elective daytime surgery; 2. signing the informed consent; 3. gestational age of over 36 weeks, non-premature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children transferred to hospital after daytime surgery; 2. the children had preoperative respiratory tract infection or abnormality was found in routine examination; 3. with risk of infection.
