Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During January 2016 - December 2018; 2. Patients with pelvic fracture urethral distraction defects who underwent surgical treatment at the urology department of Shanghai the sixth people's hospital; 3. Patients with preoperative dynamic contrast-enhanced MR urethrography; 4. Patients with preoperative the combined retrograde urography with voiding cystourethrogram; 5. Patients with a indwelling suprapubic tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of urethral treatment or urethral injury within 3 months before surgery; 2. Patients' age less than 16 years old; 3. Patients with a large proportion of pelvic structural defects.
