Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Cytological or histological confirmation of non-small cell lung cancer; B. ECOG score between 0 to 2 ; C. Patients with stage IIIB to IV according to the latest TNM staging; D. Did not receive tumor-related treatment; E. Age 18 or above, regardless of gender; F. At least one measurable lesion; G. At least 10 paraffin tissue specimens of tumor can be collected (more than 30% of tumor cells in the sections). H. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Any signs of toxic or uncontrolled systemic disease that are considered in the study to be likely to significantly alter the balance of risk/benefit to the patient; B. Patients do not agree to use existing medical data for scientific research and to share it with national big data; C. False and incomplete samples of information records in the registration form;
