Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 65 years; 2. Non-cardiac surgery was scheduled at an elective time, with a duration of more than 2 hours;Operation: knee and hip replacement; 3. ASA grades are I~III; 4. The hospital stay is expected to be longer than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2. Preoperative history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis; 3. Communication barrier caused by coma, severe dementia, language barrier and other reasons before the operation; 4. Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%, sinus disease syndrome, sinus severe bradycardia (< 50 times/min), or second degree or above atrioventricular block without pacemaker, severe coronary lesions; 5. Severe liver dysfunction (child-pugh C category); 6. Severe renal insufficiency, renal failure and need of dialysis.
