Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 60-year old; 2. Patients will undergo selective non-cardiac surgery with expected surgery time >= 2 hours; 3. Revised cardiac risk index >= 3; 4. Willing to participate in this trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe bradycardia(HR <= 50bpm), sick sinus syndrome, AVB 2 or above without pacemaker; 2. Child-Pugh grade C; 3. With renal failure (neen renal replacement therapy); 4. Patients weighing less than 50kg or more than 90kg; 5. Neurosurgery.
