Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent residents of central urban and suburban/rural areas in mainland China 1. Standard for healthy adults: 18-60 years old; Good health; History of organic diseases of important viscera such as centerless, liver, lung, kidney and brain; No recent history of acute illness; 2. The frailty assessment scale assessed no frailty phenotype and no recent history of acute illness; 3. The frailty assessment scale was assessed as the prophase and the stage of frailty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent active organic lesions of important viscera; Progressive tumor; A clear history of allergies; Patients with severe mental disorders; Unable to carry out physical testing or investigation projects due to physical reasons.
