Inclusion criteria: Medical and nursing undergraduates; Enrolled for Bachelor of medical course for Academic years 2020/2021 at Chongqing Medical University; Agree to participate in this research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students unable to attend regular classes for various reasons, such as health problems.
