Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. born full-term singletons; 2. 6 ~ 72 months; 3. children's age don't height, age, weight, height don't weight at a median of plus or minus one standard deviation (M + 1 s) within the scope; 4. the healthy body, the nearly 2 weeks without ill; 5. good mental state, can cooperate to check the whole; 6. parents informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of major diseases that may affect cognitive development, such as hypoxia and asphyxia at birth, craniocerebral injury, epileptic seizure, craniocerebral infectious diseases, etc.; 2. congenital hereditary or metabolic diseases; 3. history of autistic disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia and other psychiatric diseases; 4. visual and auditory dysfunction or motor dysfunction; 5. recurrent respiratory or digestive tract diseases and nutritional deficiencies; 6. serious and important organ diseases, such as congenital heart disease, glomerulonephritis, active hepatitis, bronchial asthma, etc.; 7. immunodeficiency diseases.
