Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be at least 18 years of age; (2) Willing to participate in this experiment with sufficient informed consent; (3) The spherical power is less than -6.00D, and the astigmatism is less than 1.50D; (4) The best-corrected visual acuity of both eyes >=1.0; (5) The corrected visual acuity difference of wearing SMR and SVSCL is not more than one line; (6) The wear of SMR and SVSCL is moderately good, the center is well-positioned, the movement is 0.5-1.0mm, and the hysteresis is 0.5-1.5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of other previous eye diseases (such as abnormal eye position, fundus abnormality, trauma, severe dry eye, glaucoma, posterior scleral gossypium, nystagmus, etc.); (2) Previous history of refractive surgery; (3) At present, contact lens contraindications such as severe spot staining and keratitis appear on the cornea; (4) history of wearing hard contact lenses within 2 weeks; history of wearing soft contact lenses within 2 weeks; (5) Patients with small palpebral fissure and small corneal diameter; (6) Wearing SMR and SVSCL does not meet the standard of successful fit; (7) The pupil diameter of the subject was less than 2mm; the transverse diameter of the cornea was greater than 12.5mm and less than 11.0mm.
