Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 Mild group Diagnosed patients classified as mild and ordinary types according to the National Health Commission of the Peoples Republic of China. Report of Novel Coronavirus-Infected Pneumonia in China by January 18, 2020. Severe group Diagnosed patients classified as severe type according to the National Health Commission of the Peoples Republic of China. Report of Novel Coronavirus-Infected Pneumonia in China by January 18, 2020. Healthy control RT-PCR test of novel coronavirus nucleic acid was negative. A healthy person is confirmed by a comprehensive physical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not suitable to be included in the project evaluated by the researchers.
