Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) histopathologically confirmed DTC, including only classic thyroid papillary carcinoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma and follicular papillary carcinoma. (2) total or near total thyroidectomy, in which patients with papillary carcinoma underwent cervical lymph node dissection. (3) the patient was a female aged 18-49. (4) no history of other malignant tumors. (5) patients with distant metastasis were identified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) incomplete clinical data. (2) patients lost to follow-up. (3) patients with other cancers died of other diseases.
