40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 40 years <= 60 years; (2) Patients with initial stroke diagnosed by a neurologist; (3) Diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment by neuropsychology; (4) Stable condition, clear consciousness, with certain coordination examination and motor and cognitive training ability; (5) Able to speak and understand Chinese; (6) Permanent residents of xining, qinghai; (7) Capable to provide a written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cognitive impairment caused by causes other than cerebrovascular disease; (2) Unable or unwilling to adhere to exercise and cognitive training for various reasons; (3) Prior to stroke, there was a significant history of mental illness, severe cognitive impairment and dementia; (4) Planing to move away from xining in the next year.
