Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been dialysis regularly for more than 3 months(MHD 3/W,spKt/V >= 1.2,URR >= 65%;); 2. Aged 18- 80 years; 3. Patients who can walk independently, without muscle, joint injury or lower extremity movement disorder, and without vision disorder; 4. Patients with clear thinking, answering questions, completing questionnaire questions, knowingly and voluntarily participating in the study and signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. With acute infectious diseases; 3. With malignant tumor; 4. With central and peripheral nervous system diseases; 5. With uncontrolled diabetes(HbA1c > 11%); 6. With uncontrolled hypertension (BP >= 160/100mmhg); 7. With severe anemia(Hb < 80g/L); 8. With muscle or joint injury or lower limb movement disorder; 9. Pregnant, breastfeeding, unwilling or unable to prevent pregnancy; 10. Patients with temporary or CUFF central venous catheter and lower limb vascular access were used; 11. Patients with poor treatment and nursing intervention compliance and incomplete medical records.
