Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The predicted survival rate of patients with tumor end-stage disease is less than 6 months (NRF score > 2); 2. The patients have dyspnea, the respiratory rate is more than 25 times / min; 3. The patients have respiratory failure in hospital (the diagnosis of respiratory failure needs to meet any of the following conditions: 1) the oxygenation index under oxygen therapy is less than 300; 2) the PaO2 under air inhalation is less than 60 MmHg; 3) if there is no blood gas analysis, it can be replaced by SpO2 =18 years; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unable to wear hfnc during face or upper airway surgery; 2. Patients who were unable to use transnasal high flow humidification oxygen therapy due to severe nasal obstruction; 3. Respiratory and cardiac arrest requires endotracheal intubation and invasive ventilation; 4. Weak spontaneous breathing; 5. Coma.
