Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty patients were diagnosed as cervical disc herniation. The diagnostic criteria were based on the manual of pain diagnosis published by people's medical publishing house in 2016 -- skeletal muscle and joint pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical disc herniation has serious calcification or ossification, and bone stenosis and spinal cord compression; (2) severe intervertebral foramen stenosis leads to nerve compression; (3) except upper limb muscle weakness caused by other myogenic and craniocerebral diseases; (4) excluding vertigo caused by otogenic, ophthalmic and cerebrovascular diseases.
