Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-75 years old; 2. Vital signs are stable; 3. Mini Mental State examination (MMSE) score >=24, patients can obey training instructions; 4. Patients with limb dysfunction, hemiplegic lower extremities Ueda Min grade >=2, lower limb muscle tension modified Ashworth grade <=2; 5. When the patients were enrolled in the group, the incidence of stroke was more than 6 months; 6. Good cardiopulmonary function; 7. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from other neuromuscular and osteoarticular diseases that affect walking ability; 2. Suffer from severe cardiomyopathy and other organic heart disease or other complications of activity restriction.
