Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathologically confirmed gastrointestinal tumors; 2) 7th edition AJCC / UICC staging III-IV; 3) Aged >= 18 years; 4) PS (performance status) score <= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 3 months; 2. Combined with other primary malignant tumors; 3. With chemotherapy contraindications.
