25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 25 to 75 year old who was diagnosed with acute coronary artery diseases in 60 male and female; Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: 25-75 years old health personnel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of cerebral infarction or gastrointestinal bleeding within 6 months. 2. Severe infection; 3. Cardiomyopathy, pulmonary heart disease, valvular heart disease; 4. Those who participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 5. Allergies or allergies to known ingredients of the test drug; 6. Abnormal liver function. Exclusion criteria for healthy controls: Patients have a history of hypertension, heart failure, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and infectious diseases.
