Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our hospitalong-term residential areas similar tojinan meteorological conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pneumonia; 2. Multiple organ dysfunction before surgery.
