Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years old; 2. Symptoms: low back pain and buttocks or lower extremities pain, lower extremity weakness or hypoesthesia; 3. Imaging: MRI showed degenerative changes in the lumbar spine accompanied by lumbar spinal stenosis or nerve root canal stenosis; 4. Duration of symptoms and signs: more than 3 months; 5. Clinical symptoms and signs were consistent with imaging findings; 6. The severity of the disease is up to the standard of surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar stenosis with spondylolisthesis or instability requires surgical treatment; 2. Metabolic diseases such as severe diabetes or severe osteoporosis; 3. A neurological or psychiatric disorder, such as dementia or stroke, in which informed consent cannot be given
