Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed and clearly typed; 2. First treatment, clear treatment plan; 3. Superficial lesions available for evaluation by ultrasound observation; 4. Get informed consent from patients or family members; 5. Persist and cooperate with research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose pathological diagnosis is unclear or not specifically classified; 2. People who have been treated; 3. pregnant or lactating; 4. Allergic to research interventions.
