Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male patients who were first diagnosed clinically and suspected of prostate cancer, and patients aged over 60 years and underwent standardized multiparameter MRI examination of the prostate; 2. male patients underwent biopsy or radical prostatectomy with complete pathological data; 3. male patients with negative biopsy willing to be followed up for more than 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. male patients with previous treatment of prostate cancer 2. lack of clinical and image data or data inability to meet research needs; 3. male patients who gave up halfway.
