35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both unilateral &bilateral knee arthritis; 2. Aged 35-65 years; 3. Only females were included in the study as per the patient compliance; 4. Grade 2 or 3 on Kellgren.Lawrence classification for Knee Osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past knee surgery e.g. total knee replacement (TKR); 2. Recent Intra articular steroid injection (Past 6 months); 3. Use of Assistive devices disease; 4. Cardio-Respiratory dysfunctions; 5. Any neurological condition affecting lower limbs and balance.
