Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 0 to 16 years old, the primary disease of respiratory system diseases; (2) according to the Canadian acute respiratory failure dividing standard, conforms to the light to moderate respiratory failure; (3) abnormal arterial blood gas: arterial blood oxygen partial pressure/suction oxygen concentration (P/F) < 300 mmHg. (4) the patients or their guardians agree to participate in research and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) according to the Canadian acute respiratory failure degree to severe respiratory failure; (2) chronic respiratory failure; (3) respiratory failure secondary to other system diseases.
