Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) extremely preterm infants <=32 weeks; (2) birth weight <2500 g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe congenital malformations; (2) death or automatic discharge during hospitalization; (3) continuous care <2 hours per day; (4) changes in condition during FICare; (5) surgery required.
