Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 45-year-old women who have undergone vaginal delivery have undergone epidural analgesia and have stopped using epidural analgesia after childbirth; 2. The birth check is approved by the doctor in charge and there is no special inspection abnormality; 3. Perineal lateral incision for midwifery; 4. Requiring analgesia after perineal lateral incision and signing informed consent; 5. ASA grades 1-2 before anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Childbirth under general anesthesia; 3. Perineal laceration during vaginal trial; 4. With hemorrhoids or other diseases that cause perineal pain before pregnancy; 5. Factors considered by anesthesiologists to cause difficulty in puncture or other risks after puncture: obesity, severe coagulation dysfunction, infection at puncture site, abnormal anatomy of puncture approach or other risks 6. The maternal physician or midwife believes that the mother has concerns about unsuitability to participate in the study, such as puerperal infection.
