Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years and above; 2. Only newly diagnosed cancer cases; 3. Patients with nasopharyngeal cancer and other head and neck cancers previously treated at SYSUCC, will be recruited; 4. Diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer and other head and neck cancers will be based on the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10); 5. SCCs arise in the squamous epithelium of oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, nasopharynx, anal canal, perianal, and penile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maxilla, mandible, other bone, and cheek non-mucosal sites will be excluded.
