Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stress fracture group: 1. The patient feel sudden severe lower limb pain during exercise. The patient was confirmed stress fracture by MRI; 2. Aged 18-45 year; 3. Full data of fractures to healing. Control group: 1. People with sports background who come to hospital for physical examination; 2. Aged 18-45 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have taken hormone, vitamin D, calcium supplements in past 3 months. 2. Osteomyelitis or bone tumors. 3. Pregnant. 4. Guys have taken hormone, vitamin D, calcium supplements before injury. 5. Diabetes or other chronic diseases.
