60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (aged >= 60 years) with differentiated thyroid cancer who were hospitalized in the general surgery department of jiangsu integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital from January 2014 to December 2017; 2. Thyroid surgery was performed for the first time in our hospital; 3. With complete clinical data; 4. Telephone follow-up can be done to contact the patient or the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent thyroid cancer reoperation; 2. patients with other systemic malignant tumors.
