Remimazolam group:Intravenous remimazolam 0.1-0.2mg/kg during anesthesia induction, continuous intravenous infusion 1-2mg/ (kg.h) of remimazolam during operation.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II; 2. Aged 18-65 years, 45-85kg; 3. Patients who will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 4. Patients with clear awareness and active cooperation, can understand VAS score, QoR-40 emotional scale, fatigue scale after short-term training; 5. Can use PCA device independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With Serious abnormality of heart function; 2. With chronic respiratory insufficiency; 3. With serious abnormality of liver and kidney function (alanine aminotransferase 3 times higher than normal or creatinine higher than normal); 4. With history of central nervous system and psychological disease, chronic pain; 5. Patients taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcohol and drug dependence for a long time before operationon.
