18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 18 to 75. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis, 2 of the following 3, including typical upper abdominal pain, serum amylase and/or lipase activity increased by more than 3 times, and imaging manifestations of pancreatitis. (3) APACHE II score >= 8; or CT score (Balthazar grading standard) is D and E;Duration from onset to hospitalization <= 72 hours. (4) Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute heart failure. (2) Regular dialysis patients with chronic renal failure. (3) Patients with incomplete data or data loss.
