Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Disorders of consciousness caused by traumatic and non-traumatic causes; 2. Ages 18 to 80 years; 3. First onset, within 1-6 months; 4. Family members of the patients agreed and signed informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Intracranial malignant tumor or unruptured aneurysm; 3. History of seizures or hydrocephalus; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Contraindications to MRI: intracranial metal implantation or installation of pacemaker,etc.; 6. Complicated severe cardiovascular and liver Patients with renal disease; 7. Other contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation. 8. History of drug and alcohol addiction; 9. History of sedative use; 10. History of liver and kidney failure.
