Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Operator inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized anesthesiologists with clinical work for 1-3 yearsk; 2. Doctors with less than 5 times of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture experience and experience of touch blind radial artery puncture. Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Patients to be treated with radial artery catheterization; 2. Aged 45-65 years; 3. BMI 20-30kg /?; 4. ASA grades I-III; 5. Those will sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection or wound around the puncture site; 2. Patients whose skin color do not return to normal within 10s after Allen's test; 3. Have had arterial puncture within one month; 4. With abnormal blood coagulation; 5. Have forearm surgery history; 6. With peripheral vascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes and other diseases.
