Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-60 years; 2. Perform total hysterectomy under elective general anesthesia; 3. ASA i-ii level; 4. 20 < BMI < 26.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney disease; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Local infection at the puncture site; 4. Inability to cooperate due to mental illness, cognitive impairment or mental retardation; 5. Allergies to the drugs used in the study; 6, long-term use of painkillers or sedatives patients.
